Problem wiring in Ear & Microphone connections

Hi,
Im trying to wire up the headphone and microphone connections on the nael at the top of my thermaltake soprano. Problem is, in the case manual, the wiring says (Ex: ASUS)

And true enough, most of the pins are jumpered up in my Mobo, and I think they are there to direct the audio to the integrated audio.

Any suggestions?

Well, i tried wiring it up again, and if that jumpers are off, the main audio from the Mobo is turned off. The microphone is working though, whch is better than nothing.
