Problem with 2Wire Port

I have Yahoo DSL that use the 2Wire PC Port USB Adapter. I connect through USB to an adaptor that then connects through phone lines. Every once in a while that hardware stops working, and rarely connects, or will connect then disconnect randomly. While writing this post I've been disconneted 3 times. I've tried reinstalling the software but no luck. How can I fix it?

the 2wire router/modem is crap. my girlfriend has one. i suggest you call sbc and get the speedstream modem back and just get your own router.

I have the same problem with the SBC speedstream modem. Just unplug it, let it restart, and that should solve your problem for a while.
