Problem with 8mm home movies

The U.S. loses about 3 Billion dollars a year due to light pollution. What should we about it ?

My older brother sent me a copy of some very old 8mm family movies. He lacks the skills to put these movies on a DVD so he had someone else do it and then he sent me a copy. I'm fairly good at burning music discs but have never had a reason to burn a DVD. My cousin would like a copy, but I'm confused as to how to copy my copy and mail it to him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ....... Ray
