Problem with Alt + numeric keypad - produces only symbols

☺☻♥♦♣♠•◘○ That's what I get when I use Alt+131-139, 141-149 etc. It´s not the language, got a new keyboard, it´s not the font. It used to work fine, but I think I accidently pushed some buttons and now I can´t get it to work! Can anyone help me??
 
dude... i think dats normal, cuz i tried with the keyboard in my office... it produces the same think... but it didnt appear right away...

edit: nvm... i tried ALT+131 and ALT+139 this is what i got â and ï
guess you were trying to get these??
