I've noticed that animated ads tend to shake or disappear when i scroll up and down on the page where they are displayed. It's a bit annoying since my computer is only 2 months old. Is this a monitor issue, video card or driver issue? Thanks.
I just installed the latest video drivers, shockwave and flash players. It still does it. Go to the Yahoo webpage and look for the animated ad on the right above the news. Scroll up and down and see if the ad shakes or disappears.
