Problem with Antec Sonata II

Hi - I am hoping to find some suggestions on troubleshooting a problem that cropped up yesterday. I tried to turn my system on and my computer would not turn on - instead, the power seemed to rapidly turn on-off, on-off, on off - the power led flashing as it went through that cycle. I moved the power cord from my UPS to a wall outlet, but the same problem occurs. Again, as I hold the power button, the power rapidly cycles, and will not power up. I'm hoping someone might be able to tell me if this sounds like the power supply - or maybe the case and/or power switch itself.

Rapidly cycles as in how fast? Are you sure you have the power and reset buttons hooked up correctly to the motherboard?
 
The cycle is about a 1 second interval - it never changes. Yes - the wiring is correct as the computer has been working fine for about 2 years prior to yesterday...
 
Got it fixed! Thanks for the replies. I bought a new Antec 500 watt supply locally, and that fixed the problem.. thanks!
