Hello, recently I installed windows 7 on my PC, and it stopping restarting, shutting down and suspending. It just starts to close the session and freezes.
I have a Biostar P4M900 M775 motherboard, with a Western Digital SATA 150 GB HDD & a Seagate IDE 80 GB HDD. Sound(Realtek), Video(VIA) and LAN(Rhine) cards are the ones integrated in the motherboard...

Need help with this...

Thanks in advance

Sounds like perhaps some driver issues? Go into the device manager and make sure everything is working properly.

well, in the device manager everything seems to be OK, no driverless/conflicting devices... I tried downloading vista drivers and installing, but it's the same thing... I'm thinking in reinstalling from scratch...

Thanks in advance...

Check the ACPI setting in the BIOS. Turn the setting to OFF and try that.
