hello all, my ips provider is BT Yahoo for those who know who this is. and yeah i know bad choice. haha well all learn. anyways 2 nights ago i just lost connection and its came back on once since for about 30 mins! which is bad cos i need it for college. all the hardware is in good condition ive called em and they said they would get back to me and they havent i'll be calling em shortly but has this ever happened to anyone before and there seems to be no logical explanation. ive heard it happen to other BT users but they also dont know. could anyone help? if ya need any more info just say. thanks all!!!

Problems like that are often problems that are fixable only at the ISP's end. Broadband dies from time to time, clicking start>run, cmd, enter, typing ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew sometimes helps, but more often than not it doesn't. I'd personally try and make BT Yahoo get off their backside, it may be a fault on the line.
