Problem with cooler

Hello everyone! I really need your help!
A few days ago I upgraded my Vista to Windows 7 Ultimate, since then my cooler (number 3 on the photo) makes noises and runs much faster. What could it be?
This noise is so annoying, that my head is going to explode

My pc:

Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU E5200@ 2.50GHz
4 GB Ram

Please, please, please, please help me!

I also tried to make it go slower from SpeedFan, but in SpeedFan cooler number 3 is shown as disabled :S

I solved the problem.
For those who maybe will get the same problem: you just need to update you video drivers so easy

I would advice you to buy Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 cpu cooler....
