Problem with Desktop PC

I bought a custom built computer from craigslist not too long ago. It needed a hard drive, RAM, & PSU. I have installed all three items.

All the PCI and AGP slots are empty and I have a CRT monitor and a keyboard plugged in to the mobo. The mobo has a green light "on" when the psu is turn on and when I turn the computer on nothing shows up on the monitor. I took the battery out of the mobo to reset it and still nothing will show up on the monitor.

Also, when the computer is on, I have to hold the power button for it to turn off.

any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Alex

Some thing is wrong with you on board video. I would probably buy a cheap agp card, so you can use the computer:D

What are the specs on the computer?

Here is one.
Thisll do.

I have an agp 1300 radeon pro 256mb card. I just tried to install it and still nothing. Since I pulled the battery from the mobo and replaced it, would that reset the settings so the agp slot wouldnt be the primary display? If so then it still wouldnt work if I installed the agp card because the display isnt on agp.

Might have a bad CPU or mobo.
