Problem with fan on Asus A4Ka

I have a little problem with my notebook here.
When I shut down the computer, the fan would not stop.
The computer is not over heated, because when I start it again the fan goes down to idle, and I can feel that the computer is cold.
The fan don't even stop when I pull out the power cable, only way to stop the fan is by turning the battery switch to OFF.
The fan starts again when battery switch is turned to ON.

Spec:
Asus A4Ka
ADM mobile Athlon 64 3400+
Windows XP Home

I have seached another forum and I found one case that looks very similar to my problem, but I did not find any solution to the problem.
