Problem with game

when i run sports car gt the an error popups up saying spots car has encountered an error and will be shut down, or when the game runs it lags and isnt smooth with playing.

update everything, make sure ure running the lastest xp service pack (which it looks like you are, newest drivers for your video card, sounds card, etc. Directx 9.1, and see if there are any patches for the game itself. and u dont have anything on your video card, so make sure that it is capable of playing the game.
