I installed this game (Harry Potter 6), but it doesn't work properly. When I launch the game, the monitor says "Out of Frequency" and goes to standby.
I can hear the game music and sounds, but can't see anything.
Why is that?
I contacted EA, and they said how to change the resolution to a supported one by command line options (+szx [height] +szy [width]). That didn't help.
Changing the refresh rate is only possible in the game, not from outside it.
They also suggested reinstalling the game, but didn't help either.
Any ideas why this happens? Anyone has this game to help me blind navigate (like this: "after launching the game wait few seconds until music sounds, press Enter, press left arrow twice etc") to change the refresh rate to a supported one?
