Problem with Internet Explorer 6.0

I've had Internet Explorer on my laptop for sometime now with no problems. I'm running Windows XP with all the current updates.

Couple of months ago, I started receiving this mesage anytime I open IE.

Runtime error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe

This applications has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I've tried everything I can think from reinstalling the IE from Windows site and my XP CD. Still get the same problem. Problem is there's no real IE 6.0 full program on the internet that I can find. It's all just the service pack updates.

Any ideas?

did u recently installed office 2003? can u remember?

Yeah I did read that on windows website. Interesting. I did install Office 2003 but I think the problem was there before. Anyway, my laptops in the shop right now getting a new power jack but I'll try the debug solution from Windows.
