Problem with internet or something

so the problem is that i have great net but my computer has problems or on board net card has problems whit it..normal is 90mbs and 1 ping but now it shows only like 10 mbs and 500 ping.. other computer has fine net.. so where might be the problem. is it like hardware, or software? and yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers different ways..
here is a picture of my speed tests..and as u can see from the picture it has occurred that i had bad net results sometimes but after i reinstalled the drivers it went back to normal again..but now nothing helps.. so if u people can give me some advice what could be wrong. no need for a solutions just a tip where i can look for the problem.

my max and normal is like 90 Mbs download and like 1-3 ms ping.. but now ping is allways like 500 and i dont know why..download speed has slowed down too..

Do you have a download limit? If you reach your limit, your ISP will often slow your download speed for the remainder of the billing period.
Is the other computer connected to the internet downloading and using some of the bandwidth, thus slowing the connection on your computer?
Also if it's using a wireless router, someone might be hijacking your net and slowing it down. Make sure your network is password protected.
I was reading some fine print for an ISP earlier today and they mentioned that appliances can mess up wireless signals if they are in the path of the signal, such as microwaves and so on. Unless you recently purchased some appliances around the time that this started, I really doubt this is the case.
It could be that the modem is fried, though I doubt this since you're still getting a decent connection.

The first 3 I listed are quite easy to check, just check your internet plan to see if it has a download limit and check what computers are connected to the network.
