I would like to know what I've done to my screen. Before the lines came on and off now they're permanent, and getting larger and thicker with time.
Do I need to replace the screen?
Its an acer aspire e1 572, so I would rather try fix the problem myself than pay half its value in labour/parts fees.

When I press my thumb on the screen more lines apear.
