Problem with My Documents

Hey everyone, I have a little problem with My Documents...In My Docs, there is a new folder that just appeared for no reason called "AppData"..can anyone tell me why this is there? And is there a way I can either delete it or move it to another folder? There is also various files named ntuser.dat and I was wondering if I should delete those or just move them elsewhere. Thanks!!!

ntuser.dat sounds like a bad file

Might be a computer virus

Sounds like a virus to me.... try replacing your antivirus with NOD32

I don't know they all just appeared randomly one day and its just annoying to always see them when I got My Docs...I don't know if I can move them or anything, is there anymore suggestions?

AppData is a system folder. You might've activated show system files.
