Problem with my new power supply

I have changed my power supply recently. After the change, my computer behaves oddly. When i on my com using the usual way (on main switch, on CPU), it doesn't react at all. However, if i on the main switch, on my CPU, off the main switch n on the main switch, then the computer is on. Sometimes, i have repeat several times (on main switch, on CPU, off main switch, on main switch, on CPU....)

I was wondering if this is caused by a too high voltage power supply. Any advice?

Thanks in advance =)

From what you are describing it sounds like you are trying to turn the system on without first turning on the breaker switch on the supply itself. That switch is left on unless you need to work on something inside the case itself. That is the main power switch there. The power switch on the front of the case is all you should be using unless the bios is set to powerup by pressing a key on the keyboard or moving the mouse.

The term "CPU" should be "PSU" there. A cpu is the "central processing unit". That processes data and programming information. That's the brain of the system while the power supply(a good one anyways :P ) is the backbone or heart.
