Problem with my settings?

When I turn the computer on the welcome screen comes up and I type my password in then why my profile comes up everything starts to load but two windows of IE come up to Yahoo.com and I can't figure out why. I've ran AVG Spyware software and Avast! virus scan and I can't figure it out. Any ideas what could be causing this?
 
I typed in msconfig into the Run bar and went to setup and there are two things checked but are completely blank. Could this be the two windows of IE that come up?
