I have tried 2 different times to open WMP 11 and both times the pc will freeze. I can't do anything, not even ctrl+alt+del.
It doesn't freeze as soon as I open it, for about 15 to 20 seconds it is fine. Then it will freeze and I can't do anything. I have to hold the power button to turn it off.
What could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced this?
