Problem with program on startup

I have 2 programs that load up on start-up:

Zone Alarm and a Bluetooth program that allows computer to communicate with my brothers phone.

Zonealarm is there for obvious reasons, but ive tried going through msconfig and unselecting B.T., but it seems to still load itself up. After unselecting and restarting, it reappears in the start-up list. I've loaded up the program itself, and there doesnt seem to be an option to disable auto-startup. Any ideas?

I have Windows 98SE, btw.
 
never assume, thats a fools mistake, he meant what he said go to START - PROGRAMS - STARTUP, is the bluetooth program in there.

Also, some programs have overrides to anythign windows can do, so you might want to snoop around in the actual application and see if there is an option to delsect, somethign like "Start with Windows" or "Start on System Startup" etc...
