Problem with Simple Task of Converting Word Docs to PDF Docs

It's something I do frequently. I save a word document as a PDF. For some reason, it is not working. See the image below. That's what I get when I try. How can I rectify the problem? Thanks...

Install a PDF reader. Adobe or Foxit

Personally, I like "PDF Reader - View, Edit, Annotate by Xodo" you can get through the Microsoft store. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/p...xodo/9wzdncrdjxp4?activetab=pivot:overviewtab and it's free. Whereas Adobe reader and Foxit, if you want the editor. You have to pay for it.
