Problem with uninstalling a game that was deleted

Few days ago my sister deleted some games, but not from the add/remove programs window how it should be done, she did it with Shift+Delete.
Now the game is gone, but the registries still remained. I can't remove them anything i try (the registries), and TuneUp Registry Cleaner didn't do much at all.

How can this be fixed?

reinstall from dvd and then unistall

I don't have the dvd any more. There are about 3 games that were deleted this way, and they are pretty big (around 3 gigs each).
