problem with windows XP

I have this problem ,look to the pic
every time when I login to my PC it show me this message as you see in the pic
so that I made format to the PC and download the windows xp again
but after while the message show again
so what is the reason and how to solution this problem

have you tried to log on in safe mode ? does that work ? if it does could be a virus, trojan, spyware , your pc could be overheating causing the cpu to flake out, check the heatsink for it being clogged, the fan turns ok. The hd could be going bad, i kind of doubt thst it would cause the same error after a format and new install. I am thinking that you may be picking up spyware or a virus from a web site you go to.
