i have usb windows 10 which is free and i just installed new hdd . And you know i got the error which says boot and install or whatever i forgot what it says cuz i returned it to normal , my current storage is 64gb and its a big problem please tell me weither i need new windows or have to do somethibg else

Your question is a bit hard to decipher. However this is what I can make out:
1. Windows 10 Free: Just get linux or something, much better for free.
2. Just putting a OS on an USB won't do, it needs to be formatted in a .ISO file.

reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key , im sorry

That means it doesn't detect the hard drive. Check to make sure both power and data cables are attached to the drive.
