I just recently customized a new computer and I started it up without any problems or anything, but whenever I open an internet page and scroll up and down it kind of lags and jumps up and down the screen instead of flowing smoothly...I can give the specs of the computer if necessary, but was hoping someone could maybe point me in the direction of a fast easy fix such as changing the settings or something like that (i looked in the settings but couldnt really find anything). Any response would be greatly appreciated

download the drivers for your graphics card.
 
its just your vga drivers that need to be updated. If it does it after that, try updating your network drivers.
 
all I had to do was update the drivers that I installed when I first got the computer! thanks for all the help guys I really appreciate it.
