Problem!!!

i have a huge problem everytime i turn my dell on it comes up with this redish orange screen then shut back off. ANY SUGGESTIONS????

Need more information... Is it getting to the post screen? Can you go into bios? Do you have a windows cd?

i would say

take it back to were you bought it from it should still be under waurenty it might be a software problem
