Problems after installing the video controller

OK i have this problem now.....

i just formatted my computer and i was installing my driver

after installing my video controller driver den restart

when restart after the loading screen my screen blackout just like that

and i restart again and went in to the choosing mode screen

i choose last known good configuration mode den now i'm in the window now but i the video controller thing is not install

it makes everything i open like stuck or something like lagging......

i try to reinstall the driver program but ended up the same thing.

so can any1 help me on this problem?
 
We need to know what computer you have and what actual driver you tried to install. Did you download it off the net or was it off a cd?
