Problems Booting

Just Installed the new Nvidia Graphics Drivers for a 6600GT And after I restarted the computer it just kept looping after the windows screen. It wont stop restarting even after I tryed Safe Mode It just restarts and does the same thing over again.
 
Of after some figuring I turned of the reboot crap on system failure and heres the blue screen

STOP: c000021a {Fatal system error}
The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shutdown.

Anybody know why it would do this?
