Problems browsing Some sites

Hi. New forum user here. always browse it tho.
I have a problem and was hoping someone here would know what to do.

There are a few websites that will only load the first minute my computer has booted up. after a minute or so i will get a cannot find server error and The page cannot be displayed.

The websites that it does it to that i know of are
www.bom.gov.au
www.commbank.com.au
www.encycmet.com
www.abc.net.au

There are others but i dont see it as often.

I thought i could clear my cookies and everything and that didnt work. So i just downloaded Firefox and that didnt make it work either. What should i do
Has anyone else had this problem. I just put the service pack 1 on IE aswell to see if that would fix it but it doesnt.

I have another computer on that i try it on and we can acces those sites without a problem so its not my ISP or modem or anything

check thatu can allow to view those sites from an IE, and check for any spyware that can make banned from these sites
