Problems connectin notebook to wireless network using router

The title says it all, I sucessfully created a wireless network following the user guide of my SMC router, and then connected to it with my notebook. However I can't open any webpage in my notebook despite having connected to the network, and the signal being displayed as excellent. Despite the connection having all the definitions correct, when I acceed the internet status in the router configuration page there is no internet IP, subnet mask or whatever displayed, just some zeros.

Can anybody help me? :confused:
 
your best bet is to call the manufacturer of the router to get your internet going. Usually there is a cd to use to get all your internet settings and transfer them to your router.
