Problems logging into a "Website" on different internets.

I am having problems with a website used for school: http://atitesting.com

I first go to the homepage and type in my user name & password, which usually logs me in and lets me start working on my homework. Instead of logging me in, it brings up a blue box and asks me to input my login information again.
Sometimes this part will send me back to the original homepage as if I never input my information at all, or sometimes it will send me to the screen where I can go to my homework, but after I click start lesson, It sends me back to the homepage as if I never input my login information at all.

I don't know if anyone is familiar with this website but any ideas?

Also, It works fine on school internet and my really slow wireless card. But it started giving me this problem on my new internet; although, it was working fine for a couple weeks. I am using satellite internet called "exede" from the wildblue company.

There's an excellent chance that your non-school IP address is being blocked. I've seen this happen when accessing university libraries or intranets from home... it works fine on-campus, but off-campus is a no-go.

I have no problem getting into the website using my verizon wirelss card, which is really slow. I just can't use my satellite internet anymore for some reason.

If you still think this is the case, how can I fix it? Or how can I see if this is the problem?

I've tried it all: deleting cookies, cache, history. I've tried updating mozilla and even restoring my computer to an earlier date.

I should mention that it happens when I use my laptop on the same internet too. It only occurs on my satellite internet but not other internet which is too slow.

Any ideas?

Maybe your satellite internet has blacklisted that website for some reason? Really don't know.
