problems updating my BIOS

so as you know, im trying to update my BIOS as ive been having some issues with my processor and mobo (isnt oficially supported). i know how to install it. i have to put it on a floppy disk then boot up my pc with the floppy and it will install blah blah blah.

but everytime i put in a disk it says that its not formatted, so i click on format, but then it says there isnt a disk in there lol. wats going on?

i never use my floppy drive, i only got it because its got other slotso n there for cards and stuff.

Try formatting the disk on a working comp and put the update on the floppy again and try it.

i'll try it but it still saying that there isnt even a disk in there to format.


grrrrrrrrrrr i hate floppy drives!
