Problems when installing XP

Hello. When I try to install Windows XP will not keyboard and mouse work. This happens right after formatting before it will install. I will therefore be no longer.
Is there anyone who can tell me why this happens and how I can fix it?

is your keyboard wireless or usb?
these can sometimes give issues if windows is not installed
if u have an old ps2 keyboard and mouse use them for installation (purple and green ports)

Check your CD or DVD room they not reading the files and installed corrupted windows again and again so that you are facing this problem just change your drive.
