problems with asus -a8n sli deluxe

hi, I ve had a problem during my first boot up, with my computer ,i m almost sure of all the connections but the case ones, but the problem is that when i turn on the power source it doesnt starts up anything!!!!!! i just hear a noise,its like a buzz or something but nothing happens, no smells, no lights , anithyng,maybe in wrong with the conections that come from the case , please i need help!!!!

I was putting an old comp back together that I had pieces of, and the psu made a buzz like that when the mobo connectors (there were 2) were reversed. Make sure those are right...

Make sure the psu is set on 115 on the outside
