Problems With Firefox Flash

Ok I can't seem to view flash movies and stuff in firefox,..everytime i go to a site like break.com or metacafe.com or something it says flash plugin required..so i click onn it and it tries to find a flash plug in...and it says no plug ins found...is anyone else having trouble viewing flash items in firefox? is there a way to fix it?
 
yea ive tried that plugin but it doesn't do anything...can you guys view the clips at break.com with firefox? i mean i have IE so its not a HUGE problem but i hate opening IE just for the flash things because i use firefox almost for everything else
 
GEE? FireFox was able to run some of those clips here! First I ran one with a puppet that looked like one of the muppets. The second clip was someone holding his hands to together to make noises. Avoid shockwave as a player and the adwared Yahoo tool bar that it puts on right away. The macromedia flash player had no problems.
