Problems with internet

Hi guys, i have one problem which i can't solve.
My internet crashing when i wan to upload something. (Like youtube video)
I realyzed that in my "Local area connection" program sent packets just frozen, but i still receiving them.

P.S. after reboot everything be fine
 
Are you on a wireless connection? If so, what is your signal strength? Have you tried it hard-wired into the router? Could be that you're losing connectivity temporarily, thus botching the upload? What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
 
Take an ethernet cable, run it from the ethernet port on your computer to one on the back of the router.
