problems with my graphic card

i was playin computer games then the screen started to go wrong like there is black square flying over the screeen and artifacts.

So i called the company they said this can cause by bad driver or the graphic card is damaged.Then he did a screen sharing thing said my grapgic card is fine then he installed a new driver but it didnt solve the problem,after he said this can be the game itself, wanted me to try another game and tell him if the same thing heppens

i wonder if that can be ture the gameitself causes the problem
 
whats your graphics card? i would say the game could cause this, if either it was very old, and Windows does not support it, or the game is new and your GPU is not powerful enough to show everything on the screen and so it just blacks out the bits when it overloads!!
can you give us specs and game you were playing!!
i would recommend trying a different computer, at least it cannot hurt!

yeah, with that kind of specs i do not think there is much of a problem with GPU or CPU!
Can you see how hot your cpu and gpu, you can use speedfan to check that, check it in the middle of the game!! The black things do not appear anytime other than playing game? if possible can you take a print screen and upload to here?

its was around 48c i can still remember, i hav uninstall wow and downloading a new1 now
see if that can solve the problem, i will upload a screen shot if its still heppening

flashing squares appear on the screen when playing games still, can that be a damage on card but its not completely broken?

if damage on the card, it would most likely either not play the game at all or not show any picture!!!, Can you go to dxdiag and go to display tab and tell me device name in there? (just checking). have you tried to change the settings in the game to lower? If it was a damage to the GPU i would guess the back squares and artifacts would have appeared on the screen all the time!!, i think it is software related, driver issue!! (i would suggest reinstalling OS, but could be difficult), What did the guy who you contacted do about the driver, did he just download a new one and installed it?
 
yea he uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the newest version
its gettin really annoying now,can be just wow itself always hav problems....
ive bought some games , will try them see if the same problem heppen again, might takee a few day to geet to deliver
 
Ok, yeah it could be the game, but then more people will have that problem.... but with your specs i really do not think there would be a problem!!. do install those other games, and see!!, if they work fine, then contact Blizzard, they might be able to help better since they might have already seen this before! maybe try this!! http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/933034394
 
I had the same problem with my previous computer.I think graphic card does not support game requirements.

First thing you should do is to update graphic card driver and try to play games with different video settings to see what is the best profile.
