Problems with my Mobo (or Power supply not sure)

Hiya,

Well my big problem is my windows won't start up. The computer keeps freezing at the loard screen for windows, ya know with the lil blue bar. I have tried alot. I have reformated, reinstalled, and repaired. the thing is that it won't recognize my two hard drives at the same time either. it only recognizes one at a time and even then it only sees one as a 32 GB when it is actually an 80 GB. It also freezes at random times sometimes. It just won't work. I am so frustrated.

1. What's the OS?
2. CHeck for Primary/Master conflict in order to see the drives
3. Format in FAT32/NTFS to get the full drives ... if not then you'll need to do a BIOS hack
4. Check your memroy

if its an older machine, it may be seeing 32gb because you need a bios update.
