problems with torents

Hi,
I'm using azureus as client. The problem is:
everything was fine, then I shut down azureus. Later, when I opened it, I got a message error for all my files. The message was: IO error.

What is wrong?

you can try another client

i never used azureus because i heard its a resource hog. and it uses java. so i didn't like it.

there are many others like:
bitcomet
bit tornado
http://a.scarywater.net/torrent/clients/

my fav. is bitspirit. so you can look around if that link doesn't help

funny that, in my case, the file was downloading normally. It was about 80% downloaded when I got the error message.
Anyway, I'll try other clients.

Bitcomet works great for me, I've never had corruption problems ro anything. My only complaint is that everytime i open it, is goes to port 21, and no limit on download/upload speeds. I set it EVERYTIME, but it never keeps my settings for those 3. have no idea why.
