problems

my pc never freezes or hangs.The only app that does this is mozilla firefox.
i hear people complaining "ah my pc freezes".and all that what causes hangs ?
is it load of software ?
or so many processes running in background

a pc hanging can have several causes.
It can be hardware or software related.

for example, when a power supply is unstable, the processor could be cut from the power for a short time (or just doesnt get enough power to work propperly) the result is the pc crashing or rebooting ( this is just an example ofcourse )

but what i would suggest, is jusr uninstal Firefoxx and fo for IE (just kidding, but try to reinstall Firefox, and maybe look if there is a newer version out )

The latest version after 1.5 is the 2.0 beta. That one freezes on just trying to open a bookmark. I would follow the advice to remove and see a fresh reinstall of the 1.5 version at this time.
