processor confusion ahhhhhhh

ok, you guys are the experts, how about a list of the processors in the order of fastest to slowest. please stick with the intel processors. please do not attack anyone for their opinions. duo vs quad, extreme vs nonextreme, etc
 
P4<Pentium D<Core 2 Duo

this is hard to do b/c if you are a multi tasker you get the Core 2 Quad, but most nothing utilizes it yet :rolleyes: I have an E6850 and it's all I have ever needed, it is fast. Even with my sucky graphic card, an X1300, I don't have my 8800 yet, this thing still blows through the games.
