ok so if after the time its hasnt topped out switched off should i just reapply thermal paste and it should be ok?

im going to leave it running till 21:54 so thats an hour so far it says min 57c max 93c average is between 80-90c

you need to get them temps down. a t7200 that I have runs 70* on a bad day. Your running too hot.

right so 5 mins left of test then its been an hour im now watching a vid on youtube in 360p clear no stutters and or freezing aswell as running prime 95 core temp still showing min 57 max 93 load 100 for both cores

right stopped test now results as follows

core 1: 60c min 57c max 93c load 8%
core 2 60c min 57 max 93 load 6%

Spray air into the vents of the laptop and see if any dust comes flying out, the dust will act as a blanket and trap any heat. If that doesn't work, there's not much more you can do really other than maybe re-apply thermal paste. :/

I took the case apart wen I installed this cpu from my other laptop and cleaned fans n vents will paste lower the temps? And I have a fan from my other laptop where the cpu came from could I swap fans if it fits? And will temps up2 75 damage my laptop? Should I just go back to my old cpu?

what have you managed to mess up this time, you have no idea what your doing. You've applied no paste onto a CPU chip, clever!
