Hello, i recently decided that i want to buy new processor.
I want to buy Intel i3 processor. My motherboard is "ASUSTEK computer inc. P8H61-M LX"

So i was wondering if someone could suggest me which i3 processor i should buy so it would be compatible with my motherboard?

Why settle for a dual core I3 when you can get a quad core I5? What do you use your system for?

I don't see that specific bios version as released.

I see that a lot with Asus boards. Don't know if it there was a problem with it and they removed it or what.

Well, the main reason is budget. So that is why i aim towards i3.
Can't figure out also why i can't find any good info about 0402

What CPU do you have now? The i3 likely isn't much of an upgrade aside from just adding hyperthreading.

Well i have a pretty slow CPU. Intel Celeron G460 1.80 GHz (single core). So i3 would be a major upgrade for me...

The i3 would indeed be an upgrade.

You'll need an older i3 like a 2120 or a 3220 for that motherboard. You could put an i5 2500K or a 3570K in that board though (depending on the BIOS).
