If you've got the money, I'd do it, but if you don't, I'd get a 1.83 and max out on the RAM. There is a difference from 1.83 to 2.0, but some may not see much of a difference as you would with a 1.7 jump to 2.0. It all depends on the programs you're using too. If you're photo editing and video rendering, I'd look for processor speed and increase the RAM. A nifty video card may not be what determines my decision on this one.
