If I have a Vista Ultimate Upgrade cd, could I use a Home premium cd key and use it to install Home Premium on a computer? I'm going to install it on the computer the cd key came with.

All I can say is:

Vista Home Premium key will work for all Home Premium disks
Vista Ultimate key will work for all Ultimate disks

Note: OEM keys don't work with Retail disks and vice-versa
