Products Needed For Fixing Computers

Hey all.
I'm always finding myself picking up my phone and having a family friend, friends friend, or people I dont even know call me to fix or help them with their computer. I'm not at all complaining because I love fixing and learning more about computers but I find myself doing things the hard way all the time. I was wondering if anyone knows of any products I could purchase to make it more convenient, faster and more effective then it already is. I recently bought a KVM switch which is a huge time and money saver. I also purchased a IDE & S-ATA Usb 2.0 converter. That sure helped when my hard drive and some friends hard drives went loopy. I'm sure theres other products out there to speed things up however I'm not sure were to look for them! Hope you can help and thanks for reading.

Kevin.

Ps. To bad the RamCheck is so damn expensive or I'd own that as well.

If you are moving a lot of data back and forth between hard drives, look into a firewire card because that transfers data a lot faster than USB (even though the raw numbers say different...).
