Program Delay... PLEASE HELP

can anyone tell me how to stop programs running because i have a serious problem. i have two spyware programs running on my computer and i've found out where there are and everything. i tried to delete the program but i cant because it's running. i tried to close the programs in the task manager but it wouldnt stay closed. is there anyone who can help me find out how to keep the program from running long enough for me to delete them?
 
Umm spyware, Nice

try deleting them out the registry !

Start>Run> then type in REGEDIT and hit enter !
then do a Ctrl+F and it will bring up a search bar !
then type in the file names of the spyware !
then its a case of find and destroy (delete)
then close that and manually delete the files !

(when your going through the registry make sure you don`t delete anything you shouldnt. That will cause some serious probs if you do !)
 
it's not working... i deleted it from the registry and it keeps coming back in the task manager... idk what to do and it is pissin me off. i really dont wanna run the restore disk again and delete all my stuff... anymore ideas?!!?
 
umm no i didnt... should i do that?

idk if that matters because after i remove it from registry it comes back when i reopen it.
 
i just restarted and both programs are still running... and now im gettin this annoying notification in the bottom of my screen saying i have spyware on my system

wut do i do?
 
in registry editor go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>SURRENTVERSION>RUN

then on the right see if there is a datafile with the spywares name on ! if so delete it and RESTART straight away.

then try deleting the files manually.
 
i did it and it's still there... idk wtf to do. im seriously gettin so mad right now cuz i've downloaded and deleted over 20 spyware removal programs and none of em work.

any other ideas?
 
i was thinkin of that... only problem is... they've changed their way of doing things. they make you buy the program b4 u are allowed to delete the spyware u find.

so now im screwed... and confused. i deleted the two programs i thought were the spyware by running in safe mode but it still says i have spyware and idk where.

can anyone help!?!?
 
Buzz none of those help me. I've tried em all and they arent doin anything. Do you have any other possibilities?
