Program for overclocking

I heard about a free program that you can overclock your CPU with without turning your system on and off every time. does anybody know where i could find something like this?

Well, it's true that they exist, but you won't get near the results on a program like that versus going into the BIOS to OC manually. IF you really want to use one, try this one made for Gigabyte boards.
