Hi guys,,
I am looking for an easy but good software for providing remote support over the internet. I would like to be able to send my client a link or file and then remotely access their PC over the net and through whatever type of router or firewall system. Is there an application that can do this? I have tried ultra vnc sc but it does not seem to work at all over the net. Thanks!
